Delicious roasted pork with creamy refried beans makes the perfect sandwich.

4 ozSantiago® Seasoned Vegetarian Refried Beans, 138 servings (4 OZ) per case, 6/28.1 oz. pch.

1 eachRoll, hoagie or telera
-
4 ozRoasted pork, shredded or sliced, held hot

2 ozCheddar cheese, shredded
-
4 slicesAvocado
-
1 drizzleChipotle crema or aioli
-
2 ozLettuce, shredded
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Prepare beans according to package directions.
- 2. Toast roll and spread bottom with refried beans.
- 3. Add pork on top, then cheese and avocado slices.
- 4. Drizzle with chipotle crema/aioli and finish with shredded lettuce.
