Take this beloved menu item to the next level with fresh flavors and our perfectly creamy refried beans.
Yield: 1INGREDIENTS

4 ozBAF Refried Beans
-
2Tortillas, flour, 6”

2 ozRed enchilada sauce
-
2 ozMexican cheese blend
-
1Handful, tomatoes, grape, quartered
-
1 ozBlack olives, sliced
-
1jalapeño, sliced
-
0.5 ozOnion, red, diced
-
1 tspCilantro, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Prepare any BAF refried beans according to package directions.
- 2. Warm/toast tortillas, spread beans on one, and place second tortilla on top.
- 3. Layer enchilada sauce, cheese, tomato, olives, jalapenos, and diced onions on top of tortilla.
- 4. Heat in oven until cheese is melted and garnish with cilantro.
- 5. Slice into quarters and serve.
