Classic Cheddar Hashbrown Casserole

Golden Grill® Russet Hashbrowns baked to golden brown with cheddar cheese.

Yield: 10, family of 4 size portions

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • 2. Refresh hashbrowns according to package directions.
  • 3. Mix together drained hashbrowns, salt, pepper, cream, thyme and half of the cheddar cheese. Place into a 2-inch hotel pan to bake.
  • 4. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  • 5. Bake for 40 minutes until golden brown and potatoes are tender.
