8 ozBAF hashbrowns, prepared (any SKU)
6 ozSmoked salmon, sliced
2 eachEggs, poached
4 ozHerbed hollandaise sauce
GarnishRed onions, minced
- 1. Grill BAF Hashbrowns according to instructions. Divide into two “’patties”.
- 2. On a serving plate, top hashbrown patties with smoked salmon, eggs and smother with Hollandaise.
- 3. Garnish with onion and dill.
