Sweet & Spicy Hashbrowns

Infuse BBQ sauce and hot sauce into russet hashbrowns for a sweet & spicy kick.

Yield: 80 servings, 1/2-cup each

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Combine hot sauce and BBQ sauce to equal about 1 gallon of liquid. Stir well to combine.
  • 2. Pour liquid over hashbrowns in carton. Fill remainder of carton to fill line with additional hot water as needed. Close carton and sit for 10 min.
  • 3. Grill 2-4 min., until edges are golden brown (use well-oiled grill).
