6 ozBAF Hashbrowns, prepared (any SKU)
1 eachEgg, fried
2 ozPortobello mushrooms, sliced, roasted
1 ozRoma tomatoes, seeded, diced
0.25 cupKale, chopped, lightly sautéed
0.25 cupBlend, sautéed red bell peppers and onion slices
1 ozGoat cheese, crumbled
- 1. Prepare and grill BAF Hashbrowns according to instructions.
- 2. On the griddle, cook egg sunny-side up.
- 3. In a serving bowl or plate, add grilled hashbrowns, topped with mushrooms, onions and peppers, tomatoes, kale, cheese and egg.
