INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Create a standard breading procedure (1 bowl cornstarch with salt/black pepper/garlic powder, 1 bowl egg, 1 bowl potatoes).
- 2. Coat chicken tenders with cornstarch, then into egg, then into the potatoes.
- 3. Fry at 350F for 3.5 minutes.
- 4. Serve with honey mustard dipping sauce.
