Pulled Pork Taco Salad with Black Beans

Shredded smoked pork combined with fresh vegetables and black beans garnished with sliced avocado and crispy tortillas, drizzled with Chipotle ranch. These must be made to order

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Prepare Santiago® Seasoned Vegetarian Black Beans according to package directions. Hold hot.
  • 2. Fill tostada shells with #8 scoop beans, top with Mesclun greens, romaine, onions, tomatoes, pulled pork, and avocado slices. Garnish with Chipotle Ranch dressing and serve at once.
