Parmesan Thyme Scalloped Potatoes

Add parmesan and thyme to Scalloped Potatoes to add variety to your menu.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Heat oven to 300°F.
  • 2. Place potato slices in a full-size steamtable pan.
  • 3. Combine salt, water, sauce mix, heavy cream, butter, thyme and half of the parmesan cheese.
  • 4. Pour mixture over slices and stir.
  • 5. Top with remaining parmesan cheese.
  • 6. Bake in oven for 45 – 60 minutes.
