4 qtsWater, boiling

2 cupsHeavy Cream
-
4 ozButter

1 TbspThyme leaves, dried

1 lbParmesan cheese, shredded
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Heat oven to 300°F.
- 2. Place potato slices in a full-size steamtable pan.
- 3. Combine salt, water, sauce mix, heavy cream, butter, thyme and half of the parmesan cheese.
- 4. Pour mixture over slices and stir.
- 5. Top with remaining parmesan cheese.
- 6. Bake in oven for 45 – 60 minutes.
