Healthy Start Breakfast Bake

All of your morning favorites baked into a rich and cheesy breakfast casserole. Cheesy potatoes and eggs are topped with cornflakes for a perfect crunch.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Add water and butter to 2-1/2” deep, full-size steamtable pan. Stir in sauce packs until dissolved.
  • 2. Add potatoes, pepper and salt. Add egg last and gently stir.
  • 3. Bake in 325° F convection oven for 45-60 min (425° F conventional). Evenly top with cornflakes after baking.
