Hashbrown – Crusted Chicken Tenders

Chicken tenders coated in rehydrated russet hashbrowns, fried until golden and crispy. Served with honey mustard dipping sauce.

Yield: 6 tenders

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Create a standard breading procedure (1 bowl cornstarch with salt/black pepper/garlic powder, 1 bowl egg, 1 bowl potatoes).
  • 2. Coat chicken tenders with cornstarch, then into egg, then into the potatoes.
  • 3. Fry at 350F for 3.5 minutes.
  • 4. Serve with honey mustard dipping sauce.
