Buffalo Bacon Browns
Classic crispy hashbrowns with buffalo sauce, topped with chopped bacon, blue cheese, and scallions.
Yield:INGREDIENTS

6 ozBAF Buffalo infused hashbrowns, prepared (see sub recipe)

0.25 CBacon, cooked, diced (or bits)

0.25 CBlue cheese crumbles
-
GarnishScallions, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Grill BAF Buffalo Hashbrowns according to instructions.
- 2. In a serving bowl or plate, add grilled hashbrowns, top with bacon, blue cheese, garnish with green onion.
- 3. Buffalo Infused Hashbrowns: Refresh BAF Hashbrowns (any SKU) with ¼ Frank’s Red Hot®, ¾ water per carton.
