Parmesan Chive Hashbrown Bites
Mini bite-sized hashbrown nuggets filled with parmesan cheese and chives served with an herbaceous and creamy green goddess dressing for dipping.

3 Tbsp(s)Green Goddess Dressing

1 pinchParmesan Cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Combine potatoes, parmesan, egg, flour, baking powder, and chives until well mixed.
- 2. Using a 1 oz scoop. Scoop balls into a 350F fryer and fry for 4 minutes.
- 3. Serve with green goddess dressing and parmesan cheese sprinkled over top.
