These delectably cheesy tots are the perfect appetizer or shareable.

1 pchPotato Tot Mix, 65-75 tots (#60 scoops), 8/15.5 oz pch

4 ozSantiago® QUICK-START® Vegetarian Chili with Red Beans, held hot

2.5 ozCheddar cheese sauce
-
1 ozCheddar cheese, shredded
-
0.25 CupGreen onions, sliced
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Prepare Potato Tot Mix & Chili according to package directions.
- 2. Place 8 – 12 tots on a plate, top with chili, cheese sauce, and shredded cheddar.
- 3. Garnish with sliced green onion and serve.
