Loaded Mashed Potatoes

Mashed potatoes mixed with bacon, cheddar cheese, sour cream and chives.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Prepare mashed potatoes according to base directions. Hold hot.
  • 2. Heat milk, butter, sour cream, bacon, chives, seasoning salt and pepper over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until butter has melted. Stir milk mixture and cheese into potatoes. Serve or hold hot.
