4 cupsBroccoli florets, fresh
2 ltsHot water (195-205°F)
0.75 cupLemon juice (fresh or concentrate)
2 ozButter, unsalted
0.75 cupGreen onion (sliced)
- 1. Add water and butter to 2-1/2” deep, full-size steamtable pan. Stir in sauce pack until dissolved.
- 2. Add potato shreds, broccoli, lemon juice and green onions.
- 3. Bake in 350° F convection oven for 20-25 min (400° F conventional for 30-35 min). Remove from oven. Allow to set 5 minutes before serving.
