Autumn Hash

Golden hashbrowns, sweet butternut squash and sage are combined for a rich and filling entrée or a side dish for any day part.

Yield: 45, #8 scoop servings

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Prepare hashbrowns according to directions. Toss hashbrowns with squash and sage in a large mixing bowl.
  • 2. On a 400° F well-oiled grill, drop hashbrowns in 4-oz portions using a #8 scoop, cook 3-4 min or until desired crispiness.
