6 cupsPulled pork, hot (about 3 lbs)

3 eachAvocado, thinly sliced

4 cupsRomaine hearts, chopped (3 medium)

14 eachChipotle ranch dressing, 2-ounce servings in portion cups

1 cupOnions, thinly sliced (1 medium)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Prepare Santiago® Seasoned Vegetarian Black Beans according to package directions. Hold hot.
- 2. Fill tostada shells with #8 scoop beans, top with Mesclun greens, romaine, onions, tomatoes, pulled pork, and avocado slices. Garnish with Chipotle Ranch dressing and serve at once.
