Hashbrowns combined with eggs, bacon bits, onions and cheddar and all cooked in a waffle iron for the perfect all in one breakfast on the go item.

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine potatoes, egg, bacon, onion, cheese, flour, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- 2. Scoop 1 cup of mixture into a waffle iron on high.
- 3. Cook for 6-7 minutes or until golden brown.
- 4. Top with a 1 oz scoop of sour cream and garnish with green onions.
