K-Town Tots
Hashbrown tots, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, loaded with sweet and savory Korean beef, cool crunchy slaw with a hint of heat, and a sesame seed finish.
Yield:INGREDIENTS

2 cupsGolden Grill® Redi-Shred® Hashbrowns, Refreshed & Cooled

0.5 CupsAll-Purpose Flour

1 tspKosher Salt

1 EachEggs, lightly beaten

0.5 CupMayonnaise

1.5 TbspSriracha
-
1 EachLime Juice

2 CupsSlaw Mix
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Preheat fryer to 350° F.
- 2. Mix the flour and salt together and then add egg and refreshed hashbrowns. Mix until fully incorporated. Using a small scoop, scoop hashbrown mixture into the fryer one scoop at a time, and fry until golden brown.
- 3. Top with the Korean beef and the slaw mix, garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
- 4. Toppings are for 1 serving: 2 oz Korean Beef, 1/4 Cup Slaw Mix, and 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
