Hashbrown- Crusted Mac and Cheese Bites

Creamy mac and cheese is molded into bite-sized portions, then coated in crispy hashbrowns and fried for a crunchy, gooey treat.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Using a standard breading procedure technique (1 bowl corn starch, 1 bowl egg, 1 bowl potato coating).
  • 2. Dip Mac N Cheese Cube in cornstarch, then egg, then coating.
  • 3. Fry in fryer at 350F for 3.5 minutes.
