Hashbrown Breakfast Tacos
Classic breakfast tacos with an added crispy bite of golden hashbrowns, and topped with bacon, avocado, and Pico de Gallo.

2 eachFlour tortillas, taco, heated

2 eachEggs, scrambled

2 stripsBacon, 1 each

0.25 eachAvocado, diced

2 ozPico de Gallo

2 ozCheddar, shredded
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Grill hashbrowns according to instructions. Separate into two portions.
- 2. On a serving plate, build tacos: tortilla, eggs, bacon, avocado, hashbrowns, salsa and cheese.
