Ham and Swiss Scalloped Potatoes

Ham and swiss cheese add indulgence to classic Scallop Potato Casserole.

Yield:

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Heat oven to 300°F.
  • 2. Place potato slices and ham in a full-size steamtable pan.
  • 3. Combine salt, water, sauce mix, heavy cream, butter, Dijon mustard and half of the Swiss cheese.
  • 4. Pour mixture over slices/ham and stir.
  • 5. Top with remaining Swiss cheese.
  • 6. Bake in oven for 45 – 60 minutes.
