Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Blend cream cheese, garlic powder, milk and hot water in a large bowl using an immersion blender until cheese melts, about 30 seconds.
  • 2. Combine potatoes and cheese mixture in a 6-inch deep, half steamtable pan. Stir for 15 sec. Sit for 5 min. Stir and serve.
