Breakfast Hashbrown Quiche

A rich egg base studded with crispy bacon, caramelized onions, and sharp cheddar cheese baked into a golden brown and perfectly seasoned hashbrown crust.

Yield: 1 6in Cast Iron Pan

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Whisk together eggs, milk, bacon, seasonings and caramelized onions until evenly incorporated.
  • 2. Remove hot cast iron pan with potato crust in it from oven and add egg mixture into it before putting pan back into oven for 15 minutes.
  • 3. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
