Ham and Swiss Scalloped Potatoes
Ham and swiss cheese add indulgence to classic Scallop Potato Casserole.
Yield:INGREDIENTS

1 cartonBAF Scalloped Potato Casserole - Reduced Sodium, 264 servings (4 OZ) per case, 6/2.25 lb. ctn.

2 qtsHam, diced

1 TbspSalt

5 qtsWater, boiling
-
2 cupsHeavy cream
-
4 ozButter
-
2 TbspDijon mustard
-
1 lbSwiss cheese, shredded
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Heat oven to 300°F.
- 2. Place potato slices and ham in a full-size steamtable pan.
- 3. Combine salt, water, sauce mix, heavy cream, butter, Dijon mustard and half of the Swiss cheese.
- 4. Pour mixture over slices/ham and stir.
- 5. Top with remaining Swiss cheese.
- 6. Bake in oven for 45 – 60 minutes.
