1 pouchPotato Pearls® EXCEL® Original Butter Mashed Potatoes- Reduced Sodium, prepared
2 TbspThyme, dry
2 qtBrussels sprouts, shaved
2 tspBlack pepper
2 cupsYellow onion, ¼" diced
0.25 cupApple cider vinegar
0.25 cupGarlic, minced
1 qtParmesan cheese, ribbons (garnish)
- 1. Prepare potatoes according to package directions. Hold hot.
- 2. Combine Brussels sprouts, onion, garlic, thyme and pepper in large pan and sauté until tender, about 8-10 min. Deglaze pan with vinegar. Stir and cook additional 2 min.
- 3. Mix Brussels sprout mixture into potatoes until combined. Garnish with cheese and serve.
