Brats & Spicy Mustard Hash

Tangy mustard infused hashbrowns with spicy sausage.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Refresh hashbrowns according to directions. Toss hashbrowns with dry mustard and sausage in a large mixing bowl.
  • 2. Whisk Dijon mustard and mayonnaise together in a small bowl until thoroughly combined. Refrigerate.
  • 3. On a 400° F well-oiled grill, drop hashbrowns in 4-oz portions using a #8 scoop, cook 3-4 min. or until desired crispiness. Drizzle with mustard mixture and serve.
