2 TbspDry mustard
5 cupsCooked bratwurst or sausage, diced small (11/2 lbs)
2 cupsDijon mustard
- 1. Refresh hashbrowns according to directions. Toss hashbrowns with dry mustard and sausage in a large mixing bowl.
- 2. Whisk Dijon mustard and mayonnaise together in a small bowl until thoroughly combined. Refrigerate.
- 3. On a 400° F well-oiled grill, drop hashbrowns in 4-oz portions using a #8 scoop, cook 3-4 min. or until desired crispiness. Drizzle with mustard mixture and serve.
