Bacon Hashbrowns

How do you make your favorite hashbrowns better? Infuse ‘em with bacon.

Yield: Yield: 72 servings

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Combine bacon base and hot water (140-150F) to equal about 1 gallon of liquid, stir well.
  • 2. Pour liquid into hashbrowns in carton. Fill remainder of carton to fill line with additional hot water if needed. Close carton, sit for 10 min.
  • 3. Grill hashbrowns 3-4 minutes, until edges are golden brown. (use well-oiled grill)
  • 4. Serve as a decadent side, on top of burgers or sandwiches or as a base for a Bacon Hashbrown Bowl.
