Bacon, Chile, and Cheddar Mashed Potatoes

Flavors of zesty Hatch chile, crispy bacon, and creamy cheddar make for the perfect spiced-up side dish.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Prepare Nature’s Own Mashed Potatoes as per directions on packaging in a 4” half size hotel pan.
  • 2. Fold 3/4 of the bacon, chiles, and cheese into mashed potatoes.
  • 3. Top with the rest of bacon, chiles, and cheese for garnish.
