Bacon, Chile, and Cheddar Mashed Potatoes
Flavors of zesty Hatch chile, crispy bacon, and creamy cheddar make for the perfect spiced-up side dish.
Yield:INGREDIENTS

1 bagPotato Pearls® Nature's Own Mashed Potatoes, 400 servings (4 OZ) per case, 10/29.3 oz. pch.

1 ozApplewood smoked bacon, fully cooked and diced

1 ozHatch Chiles, roasted, peeled, and diced

2 ozVermont cheddar cheese, shredded
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Prepare Nature’s Own Mashed Potatoes as per directions on packaging in a 4” half size hotel pan.
- 2. Fold 3/4 of the bacon, chiles, and cheese into mashed potatoes.
- 3. Top with the rest of bacon, chiles, and cheese for garnish.
