1 galHot water (170°-190°F)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Add package of mashed potatoes and mustard to a 4-inch deep, half-steamtable pan.
- 2. Pour hot water over ingredients, stir 30 sec.
- 3. Allow to sit for 5 min. and serve.
