Thai Flatbread

Zesty Thai flavors combine with meaty Plant Protein Crumbles to make the ultimate individual flatbread.

Yield: 1 flatbread

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Prepare crumbles according to package directions. Hold hot for service.
  • 2. Prepare peanut sauce (combine peanut butter, 3 Tbsp. soy sauce, sugar, sriracha, 1/4 cup lime juice, and 3 oz. water in a bowl).
  • 3. Toss coleslaw, carrots, cilantro, and remaining lime juice and soy sauce together. Hold cold for up to 45 minutes.
  • 4. Preheat oven to 375°F and toast flatbread 8-10 minutes until almost firm. Remove flatbread and spread with peanut sauce and Beef Crumbles. Place flatbread back in oven for 5 minutes.
  • 5. Remove from oven, top with coleslaw, garnish with peppers and green onions and serve.
