Sage & Brown Butter Mashed Potatoes

Fresh minced sage and warmed brown butter come together for an ultimate comfort food indulgence.

Yield: 44 servings, 1/2-cup each

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Gently brown butter over medium/low heat until golden brown with nutty aroma, about 15 min.
  • 2. Add mashed potatoes, sage and brown butter to a 4-inch, half-steamtable pan.
  • 3. Pour hot water over ingredients, stir 30 sec.
  • 4. Allow to sit for 7 min. and serve.
