Ham, Egg & Swiss Hashbrown Casserole

Golden Grill® Russet Hashrowns baked to golden brown with ham and Swiss cheese.

Yield: Yield: 10 – family of 4 size portions

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • 2. Refresh hashbrowns according to package directions.
  • 3. Whisk together liquid eggs and heavy cream. Set aside.
  • 4. Mix together drained hashbrowns, ham, salt, pepper, thyme and half of the Swiss cheese.
  • 5. Mix in liquid egg and cream mixture.
  • 6. Place into a 2-inch hotel pan to bake. Sprinkle remaining Swiss cheese on top.
  • 7. Bake for 40 minutes until golden brown and potatoes are tender.
