2 tspCumin, ground
2 tspOregano, dried
2 tspGarlic powder
1 garnishCilantro, fresh chopped (optional)
- 1. Add water, cumin, oregano and garlic powder to a 4-inch deep, half steamtable pan. Pour in beans and stir.
- 2. Cover and hold for 40 min.
- 3. Stir beans, top with cilantro and serve.
