5 TbspButter, unsalted

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Prepare potatoes according to directions.
- 2. Place cream cheese and salt in a mixing bowl with a whisk attachment. Whip on high until cream cheese is light and fluffy, about 2 min.
- 3. Add cream cheese into prepared sweet potatoes and stir until thoroughly combined. Place on steamtable and serve.
