Artichoke Mashed Potatoes

Fresh artichokes bring a sweet, earthy flavor to our signature, creamy mashed potatoes.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Prepare potatoes according to directions. Hold hot.
  • 2. Heat artichoke hearts and half & half in a large pot, over medium heat to a simmer, remove from heat. Blend with an immersion blender until chunky-smooth.
  • 3. Stir artichoke mixture into potatoes and serve.
